Cuba reminds some of Puerto Rico: players take on different roles, construct buildings, produce goods and can ship these as well. Gameplay shows a totally different story though.
Players can choose 4 out of 5 roles and secretly plan when to use them. On his turn a player can choose to use the role he picked (in order) or to take a neutral action. Every round laws are added in the game which have effect on the gameplay - after each round players vote if the laws stay or new ones come in effect.
