After years of fighting and millions dead the Red Army has finally pushed the fascist invaders out of the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe and is poised to capture the capital of Germany's Third Reich, the city of Berlin. There can be little question Berlin must be included with names like Stalingrad, Cassino, Manila, and Okinawa as one of the most costly and destructive battles of the entire Second World War.
