A-SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY DATE

Depending on the delivery adress might exist limitations or especial delivery conditions. If you are an international customer ( Delivery adress out of Spain, Portugal & Andorra) please stop reading and go to our section for International customers. If you are purchasing from Spain, Portugal & Andorra please continue reading.

1-Shipping to Spain (except Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and Portugal

PLANETON GAMES S.L. has reached an agreement with TOURLINE EXPRESS ESPAÑA so the customer (about we care, and who is who in fact assume the shipping cost) has available the best fares since the begigging of our activity. See the table below with our freight cost:

More than 100 Euros	0 Euros

1-Tourline Express will deliver your parcel in 24 hours since the pick up, this will be like this for province capitals and for that places with a Tourline delegation within a 15 Km. radius. For other places the deliveries will be done next day before 13:00.

2-In case of absence: A note will be let to the customer to arrange a new date for the delivery, so the customer has to put itself in contact with the Tourline delegation in the note. If the customer is not at the date arranged Tourline will not go for a third. In this case the customer will have to move himself to the tourline delegation to pick up the parcel.

3-To avoid the possible problems due to the absences please if possible put as delivery adress that from your work or a place where you know someone is going to be there.

2-Baleares, Islas Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla y Andorra: All the deliveries will be done through Correos de españa, blue parcel. See below for the fares.

Take in care that this fares are conditioned by the volume of the article and the package used by PLANETON GAMES S.L.

In those orders above 100 Euros the shipping cost will be for free.

The lead times for the blue parcel are between 3 and 5 working days, except for Canary Islands that are 8 working days.

B-RETURNS
Offer the best quality and the best service is our main priority. If you are not happy with your purchase you have seven (7) days from the delivery date to return it. In this case the shipping cost will be payed by the customer and the product MUST BE in perfect conditions and in its original package. Once we have received the goods and we have checked that everything is OK we will refund your money for the game.
In case of defective products or wrong deliveries PLANETON GAMES S.L will assume all the costs whenever the customer comunicate us this circunstance in seven (7) days since the delivery date.
